Dr. Dinesh Kumar is the founder and Managing director of “Aacharay’s Blended Education Services” (ABES). He is doctorate in Education.His Ph.D. is on “Constructivist Blended Instructional paradigm”. Blended learning provides an opportunity to move from the traditional rigid teacher-centered classroom to a more open learner centered environment. This was an experimental research conducted in live classroom as a laboratory.

He is a postgraduate (M.Sc. Botany & M.Ed.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and has teaching & research experience of around 15+ years. His major research areas are Techno-Constructivism, Blended Learning, Instructional designing, Pedagogy, and andragogy of Science, Psychometrics & Educational Psychology. He has attended 35 national and international conferences/workshops, published 15+ research papers in UGC & SCOPUS indexed journals, and acted as a resource person in around 25+ national workshops, seminars & FDPs. He has also guided Ph.D. scholars and 40+ Postgraduate students have completed their master level research work under his guidance. He has the distinction of guiding international students from Bhutan, Afghanistan, Malawi, Nigeria, and Indian students from almost all the states. He was also awarded with best paper presentation award in an International Conference in, 2019 and Teacher Appreciation Award (University level) in 2021.

Message

Unfortunately, there is inappropriate educational modelling in small towns and villages. The educational and career awareness of both children and parents is not updated as per the needs of present and near future. By educational modelling, I mean, the role models of students are localites who have qualified 10th/+2/ITI diploma/graduation etc & have got government jobs. Students have lots of potential but they are choosing careers much below to their potential.

So, after working for around 15 years, as associate professor, in one of the best private university of international repute, a decision was taken to educate village children, mostly studying in government schools, with latest innovative educational techniques and aware & prepare them for careers suitable for them.

दुर्भाग्य से, छोटे शहरों और गांवों में अनुचित शैक्षिक मॉडलिंग है। बच्चों और मातापिता दोनों की शैक्षिक और करियर संबंधी जागरूकता वर्तमान और निकट भविष्य की जरूरतों के अनुसार अद्यतन नहीं है। शैक्षिक मॉडलिंग से मेरा मतलब है, छात्रों के रोल मॉडल वे स्थानीय लोग हैं जिन्होंने 10वीं/+2/आईटीआई डिप्लोमा/स्नातक आदि उत्तीर्ण किया है और उन्हें नौकरी मिल गई है। छात्रों में बहुत क्षमताएं हैं लेकिन वे अपनी क्षमता से कहीं नीचे का करियर चुन रहे हैं।

इसलिए, अंतरराष्ट्रीय ख्याति के सर्वश्रेष्ठ निजी विश्वविद्यालय में से एक में एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर के रूप में लगभग 15 वर्षों तक काम करने के बाद, गाँव के बच्चों को, जो ज्यादातर सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ते हैं, नवीनतम नवीन शैक्षिक तकनीकों के साथ शिक्षित करने और उन्हें उपयुक्त करियर के लिए जागरूक और तैयार करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
